For Kristy Byess, that foundation existed long before DuoDigital had a name. Her parents taught her what real commitment looks like — the kind that shows up early, stays late, does things right the first time, treats people like family, and never — ever — quits on something that matters.

 

That work ethic became the backbone of DuoDigital.

But the heart of DuoDigital comes from her girls.

DuoDigital is named for the two daughters who shaped Kristy into who she is.

​

In 2011, both girls watched their mother rebuild her life with grit, resilience, and sheer willpower — through medical battles, major life changes, and a complete reinvention. They stood beside her through challenges that would have broken most people, and their strength, humor, and determination fueled her own.

 

One of those daughters, Breanna, now watches from heaven.

Bree’s spirit is woven into every part of this agency — in the compassion we lead with, the purpose we stand on, and the fire we bring when a business owner needs someone who won’t give up on them. She is our angel partner, our silent CEO, and our daily reminder that life is too short for anything less than meaningful work.

 

Kristy’s youngest daughter, Kirstin, helped build DuoDigital from day one. Even while pursuing her dream of becoming a CRNA, she still steps in when needed — making DuoDigital a true mother–daughter force. That partnership, that “duo,” is what inspired the name.

 

It may have started with the girls — but today it reflects the power of two things working together: you and your business, and us as your strategic partner.
